WP520 design is based on SIP v2 (Session Initiation Protocol version 2, RFC 3261) open standard, which is interoperable with major SIP-based call servers, IP-PBXs, and other standard SIP-based client devices. WP520 is compliant with the IEEE 802.11b/g standard and interoperates with any existing 802.11b or 802.11g wireless AP and gateway. It may be used as a cordless handset for residential users or for business users in an office environment. The small form factor of the handset is easy to transport and allows users to place VoIP phone calls in public 802.11-based environment.

High Voice Quality with Low Communication Cost
Being capable of QoS (Quality of Service) feature, WP520 allows gateways or central side equipment to identify and prioritize voice and data traffic. WP520 also effectively reduces bandwidth consumption caused by voice traffic with supporting G.711 and G.729 voice compression technology.

Security Protection
WP-520 supports WEP, WPA and WPA2 security protection.

Ultra Low power consumption
With WMM-APSD enabled, WP-520 reduce the power consumption to extreme low level. (Average power consumption with WMM-APSD mode enabled is less then 150mA)

Overview

Designed for outdoor environment application, Power series ZC-3625-55-23 wireless professional equipment adopts Intel® RCP concept to provide an affordable and reliable rural connectivity solution. With rigorous design: IP67 watertight enclosure, Level 17 Beaufort Scale and surge protection, it provides high reliable, stable transmission and excellent performance in almost any harsh outdoor environment.

ZC-3625-55-23 allows to be operated on bridge and relay concurrently, providing system providers great flexibility in various applications. With a default 23dBi panel antenna, its wireless extensibility can reach at least 40km while ensures transmission quality. Z-Com and Intel develop TDMA and link aggregation technologies to be first releasing in the world. Customer can use 5GHz N-type external antenna to flexible setup locally. The solution can have relay setting when two devices connect without damaging wireless performance. Its link aggregation

technology doubles the throughput with two radio

cards for point to point application. Additionally,

ZC-3625-55-23 provides network management tool

for network administrator and advanced user.

Стандарты беспроводных локальных сетей

Беспроводные сети основываются на стандарте 802.11. Для этого стандарта используются основные три спецификации передачи: a, b, c. Наиболее популярным считается стандарт Wi-Fi 802.11b. Диапазон частот у этого стандарта беспроводной сети - 5 ГГц, пропускная способность до 11 Мбит/с.

 

Оборудование беспроводных локальных сетей
